• Billing commences after the first month of consultative work.
• Invoices are issued monthly, with payment terms as specified in the Master Services Agreement.
• Any disputes regarding billing should be raised within 5 business days of receiving an invoice.

• You may terminate services as per the terms outlined in the Master Services Agreement.
• Any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due as per the agreement.

4. Communication

We are committed to clear and timely communication with our clients:

• We will provide confirmation emails for all scheduled appointments and any changes or cancellations.
• We will respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
